I am moved by color that POPS against the contrast of dark and gritty backgrounds, the juxtaposition of loud and bright against muted and matte, visual representations of joy and resistance bursting through curtains of adversity. Today, I aim to use digital media as a way to make important information and empowering messaging accessible and easy to distribute, to create illustrations that contribute to a culture of color, movement, and excitement, and to use the art of wordsmithing to accompany visual creations with a unique and fully dimensional voice.
