Caitlyn Hoffman

From a young age, I spent much of my time around computers; I often joke that I was co-parented by the Internet. As such, I’ve always been deeply interested in how people communicate, whether that be face-to-face, through text, or via visual design.

Aside from being a designer, I have an avid interest in storytelling, and a memorable story is made in the details. In design, I find myself drawn to these details and how they shape the overall picture. With careful adjustments — a rounded curve here or a sharpened edge there — a project takes on an entirely new feeling. Whether used to strengthen existing ideas or to react to new trends, effective design is dynamic.
